Whew! What a whirlwind week that was! So much prep and it's over already. It will be nice to be to get back into a schedule again though! Hope everyone is having a wonderful start to 2017!
We had a wonderful holiday season with lots of celebrating with family! We shared lots of fun moments but also shared colds! :( Eliel came down with a bug Christmas morning and unfortunately shared it with the littlest members of the family (at least so far). Not quite sure where he caught it from but it was probably at one of the holiday parties we attended before Christmas. So, needless to say, it's been an interesting and exhausting week!
Santa was very good to the boys and Eliel got just what he asked for, a new marble game. He was quite excited about it and it has proved to be a challenge for him! We've built about 4 or 5 different runs so far and I'm sure it will be just a matter of time before Eliel can begin doing them on his own. Aldo received a musical train from Santa and he seems to like it. His favorite gift was from Adam and I and it was a bag of plastic balls for a ball pit we already had. He loves sitting in the ball pit and eating all the balls! :)
We're so lucky to have such wonderful family and friends and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment of the end of 2016. Looking forward to an amazing 2017!
