California

Well after only been back home for a few weeks from our last vacation, we jetted off on an airplane to California to see family and friends.  It was Eliel's second time on an airplane and Aldo's first.   They were both SUPER excited to be going on a ride on an airplane. Being in the airport was half the fun and they loved watching all the workers, planes and travelers.  They did very well on the plane and Aldo even took a short nap on Mom and Dad's lap!

Once we arrived, we were picked up by Auntie Cat!  Although we had rented a car, it was sooooo much easier than schlepping all of the suitcases, bags, car seats and kids on the shuttle from the airport to the rental car.  We had a short wait in line to get the car but the boys enjoyed playing with Auntie Cat for a bit.

We stayed with Adam's Uncle Richard and Aunt Nancy and the boys (especially Eliel) were blown away that they had a pool at their house.  So of course, we went in the pool the minute we arrived. 

Aunt Nancy also has five dogs and the boys spent much of their time playing with them, especially Naughty.  Eliel also took to Naughty when we visited last time with him so it was cute to see Aldo do the same.  The boys basically fought over playing with him! :)
