Rest Day

In the middle of our trip we took a 'rest day' and didn't go to any of the parks.  It was great to sleep in, take our time eating and just take everything slow for a day.  Papa wanted to take the boys on a monorail ride and while they eventually got on, it took longer than expected.  I think they boys enjoyed hanging out together though! 

Since it was our 'off' day, I decided to have Aldo's birthday party that day since we'd be at the parks the next day for it.  I scheduled a dinner at the T-Rex restaurant in Disney Springs because I knew he'd love it.  Eliel did too but poor cousin Jacob wasn't too thrilled at first.  There were meteor showers every few minutes and robotic dinosaurs everywhere.  Aldo was thrilled just walking around and looking at everything. 

 The boys all ate their dinners pretty well because they knew there would be cake.  No one realized that Aldo was getting  volcano cake though!  The look on his face when they brought it out was awesome!  He was intrigued, scared and excited all at the same time!

I'd say it was a successful third birthday for this little guy!  Once we hit the pediatrician I will update on his height, weight, etc!
