Eliel is 5 months old! I just look at his face and it warms my heart. He is such a happy boy!
Everyday it seems like he learns how to do something new. He has finally figured out that he has complete control of his hands. He reaches out to grab things and wants to touch anything and everything that comes anywhere near him. He loves the colors red and orange and is especially drawn to Tigger and Piglet at the moment. He also knows that he can use his feet to push off of things. It's just a matter of time before he figures out those can help him move! He already rolls onto his tummy and prefers to sleep there most times.
At today's doctor's appointment, Eliel weight 14 pounds, 10 ounces. He only gained 2.5 ounces from his last weigh in at 14 pounds, 7.5 ounces at his 4 month appointment. The doctor says he's healthy though so there's no need to be worried. We all know he's not going to be a chunker! :P
While trying to get a five month picture this weekend, Eliel decided to show us some of his favorite faces. These were a few of my favorites!
