We were so excited to host Aldous's party at a local pizza place. We have quite a large family and with the cold weather, there's just not enough room at our house to host. I love having it someone else too though because the mess stays there are well! :)
After a rough week of Eliel and I being sick, we were all ready to party. Aldo is always ready to party. He had a blast playing with his cousins and enjoyed eating cake for the second time in his life. (The first was on his real birthday!) Everyone seemed to have a wonderful time and we were so thankful that so many people gave up their evening to celebrate with us. The best part of the night was seeing Aldo smile as he looked out at everyone singing him happy birthday. It was just about then that I had to start holding back the tears!
