River Rafting

Our last day in Montana was spent taking a leisurely ride down the middle fork of the Flathead River in a raft.  It wasn't white water rafting although we did go over some very small rapids, but it was so much fun just the same.  The water in the river is crystal clear and very cold.  Adam, Catherine and I both took a dip in it  just to see how cold it really was.  Let me tell you, it's just about freezing! :)

Aldo also unwillingly took a little dip in the river as he leaned over the edge too far and slipped right in.  Luckily, I was holding onto his life jacket so he didn't go very far but he was quite surprised!

Later that evening the boys said goodbye to Adam's cousin's son, Carter.  They had a ball playing with each other and Aldo still asks when Carter is coming to his house to play!

Our time spent in Montana was so special and we definitely created a lot of lasting memories.  Auntie Cat promised the boys she would make them a video of the trip so as soon as it's done, I'll share that with you too!
As always, can't wait to go on another adventure all together!
